By signing this invoice You (Buyer) agrees to all the terms mentioned, All sales are final, no returns or refund after 24 hours of purchase, All sales must be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery, All merchandise on this invoice is property of GG Bros Inc until customer’s position, GG Bros Inc is not liable for any lost, theft or damage once customer received goods, We are not liable for any damages to any goods assembled or installed by other than our delivery/technical team.
Defective merchandise must be reported to our store within 24 hours of the purchase, All floor models, displays or open boxes are finals and sold as is and customer must check it before making the purchase with no refund or exchange, Prices are subject to change without notice, All items sold and invoiced will not qualify to any promotional prices unless mentioned before invoicing, promotions and sales are only valid for items mentioned in the advertised materials, Any cancelation of any purchase within 24 hours will result in 25% restocking fee or within 48 hours will result in 36% restocking fee.
All financed items will be delivered upon approval and clearance of payment from finance company, Any cancellation of financed items will result in 36% financing fee only within the first 24 hours, and will follow the guidance of financing company all for returning the merchandise to the financing company, cancellation mentioned in the terms of this invoice, All financed items are subject to the Financing Company’s decisions and not GG Bros Inc as GG Bros Inc will not and cannot return any financed merchandise, Signatory/Signee agrees GG Bros Inc are not liable of finance charges and fees upon cancellation.
Deliveries will be within two to three weeks upon stock availability, Only received damaged items will be entitled for exchange at for no additional cost, All items have 60 days technical warranty from the date of purchase, Misused Or Damaged items will not be returned or refunded, all Purchased, repaired, fixed, upgraded, serviced or under inspection merchandise or customer items left in store or store’s possession for over 8 weeks will be Recycled & Disposed of. Signee holds GG Bros Inc’s Harmless for any damages, GG Bros Inc will not be held liable for damages. All Credit Card transactions are entitled with non refundable card fee rate of 3.5%.
